The Wonderful World Vintage Cars,
Trucks and Motorcycles.
Some folks collect stamps or rocks or something else small enough to not require a separate building. Unfortunately, I’m not that person, I had to collect things with motors. Collect is a loose term, its an addiction really. I can see some old rusted through machine and immediately think: “That’s not that bad… Couple of weeks and it will be as good as new”. Seems to never work out that way, but I have fun, learn things, and on rare occasions I’ve been known to actually finish-ish something; “ish” because nothing is ever finished.
Project Z
Perhaps one of my longest running projects. I purchased the 1976 Z way back in 1998, from a small car lot near the TN/KY boarder. I’ve been trying to finish it ever since.

Project Franken-Wing
My trusty 1982 GL1100. I found this poor thing on Craigslist for sale. It sorta ran, but didn’t run well. Ot needed a lot of work – and the design changed multiple times thought the build. Now its a cross between a Harley look and a Metric bike. There are several Harley parts added: Bat Wing, Tombstone Taillight, Mufflers and Light Bar – and some cool things like the 1960’s vintage Shoie bags!

Project Mopar
Started life as a Grocery-Get’er; slowly becoming a hotrod.

Project Virago
Bike in a box project… Collection of parts from my prior bikes as well as a tote full of parts I bought from a stalled project up in Asheville.
